The motsunabe is made with fresh, tender domestic beef offal, and is made with Rishiri kelp stock and tonkotsu soup for a deep flavor. You can choose from three flavors: soy sauce, miso, and salt! For an additional 800 yen, you can change to an all-you-can-drink plan for three hours! Private reservations for groups of 20 or more are OK, and changes to the number of people are OK up until the day of the event.
