This winter-only seasonal course includes the Kyushu staple "Grilled Hanging Sashimi," as well as "Marbled Horse Sashimi," "Fukuya Spicy Mentaiko" delivered directly from Hakata, and the seasonal ingredient "Oysters"! The motsunabe is made with tender domestic beef offal, and is combined with Rishiri kelp stock and tonkotsu soup for a deep flavor. Choose from three flavors: "Soy Sauce," "Miso," or "Salt." Plus, with this course, you can get free refills of cabbage!
